The Social Enterprise Tabang sa Usbong Pagbangon (SET-UP) program of CSEA, is a project that acts as a safety net for social enterprises owners, operators, employees, and their cooperative members. It focuses on preparing for climate change effects and managing disaster risks.
With a budget of P7.8 million for FY 2025, the program aims to assist 150 social enterprises. These enterprises include individuals from various backgrounds, such as former combatants, surrenderers, women, youth, Indigenous people, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and widows.
