Orientation on the Omnibus Guidelines on Execution of Personnel Services Fund
The Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management (MFBM) has successfully conducted the Orientation on the Omnibus Guidelines on Execution of Personnel Services Fund held yesterday, March 23, 2021 at the Pagana Kutawato Grand Hall, Cotabato City.
The activity provided the participants technical know-how on the guidelines and general instructions such as verification, accomplishment and distribution of the personnel services in the Bangsamoro setting.
Topics discussed were the Bangsamoro Budget Circular No. 2021-04 or the Omnibus Guidelines on Execution of Personnel Services Fund, and Guidelines on the Personal Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP).
Furthermore, MFBM has launched its electronic system on Incumbent Personnel which is intended for the Ministries’ and Offices’ staffing. The electronic PSIPOP system serves as the primary source of data for manpower information and as basis for determining Personal Services budgetary requirements of the BARMM.
The MFBM continues to provide efforts on improving fiscal governance as part of its mandate.
