𝐓𝐚𝐰𝐢-𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐢, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬—The Bangsamoro Treasury Office (BTO), under the umbrella of the Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management (MFBM), continues to strengthen its vertical linkages in the island provinces of the Bangsamoro autonomous region through the conduct of an LGU Forum on the Updates on share in National Taxes, Fees, and Charges and Provincial Contractor’s Tax Campaign, being held today, September 17, 2024.

 

This serves as one of the crucial initiatives of the Ministry to deepen the understanding of its stakeholders concerning the qualifications in the release of the LGU shares in national taxes, fees, and charges.

Further, a provincial contractor’s tax campaign also took its part in providing supplementary information on taxes laid in the contractors that are utilized in the BARMM.
