𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇: Ongoing Ceremonial Turnover of the Handbook on the Bangsamoro Electoral Code at Villa Miranda, Cotabato City.

The Handbook was co-developed by the Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE), Bangsamoro Information Office (BIO), and the Committee on Rules of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) with inputs from various civil society organizations, media, and other stakeholders in the BARMM.

This turnover aims to formally present the Handbook to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), the Bangsamoro Information Office, and other stakeholders.
