As the kick-off ceremony for the BARMM’s 2nd Founding Anniversary began, the Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management (MFBM-BARMM) conducts the Seminar-Workshop in Bangsamoro 2021 Budget Execution Guidelines (BEGs) today, January 18 at the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Complex, BGC, Cotabato City.

The said activity will guide the Ministries and Offices on the release, utilization and monitoring of their funds in conformity with the authorizations granted in the law, both in the financial and policy aspects for FY 2021.

BARMM Chief Minister and concurrent MFBM Minister urges the participants in all Ministries and Offices to strictly follow the guidelines on the release of funds for 2021.

“This activity is a manifestation of our commitment to excellence and executing moral governance by putting in place mechanism to achieving efficient, effective and transparent and accountable delivery of public services”, he added.

Highlights of the activity are presentation of Budget Execution Guidelines which was discussed by MFBM Deputy Minister Atty. Ubaida C. Pacasem, CPA, and workshop on Budget Execution Documents (BEDs) presented by Planning Division Head Eira Feri Antipuesto.
