Since the beginning of the Bangsamoro Transition, the Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management is committed to deliver exemplary services to the Bangsamoro people in accordance with its mandate, as well as the Chief Minister’s directives in pursuit of moral governance towards a just and meaningful fiscal autonomy.

We aim to intensify the legality of government action and rationality in policy and decision-making with an evolving sense of responsibility, ensuring transparency and accountability, strengthening work commitment, protecting the spirit of justice, and elevating integrity. The Ministry continuously shapes trust in the Bangsamoro government, address some of the perennial challenges in financial management, and boost societal shifts towards inclusion and growth.

Through our initiatives, little by little we see the path forward as clear and promising as we continue to build a strong foundation for the Bangsamoro people of today and of the future. We dream that the Bangsamoro region will be a model of moral governance and gradually become fiscal champions.
