𝗜𝗻 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗠’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝟴𝟰𝟬 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

840 individuals from various Indigenous Peoples (IP) communities in BARMM are set to receive financial assistance under the Indigenous Peoples Development Initiatives Program of the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples Affairs (MIPA).

A total of PHP 12.35 million has been allocated for this initiative, aiding IP students with financial support, offering Burial Assistance to vulnerable IPs, and providing Medical and Hospitalization Support to IPs in need of medical care, among other kinds of support.

This program, supported by the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) government, is dedicated to creating more equitable opportunities for Indigenous Peoples.
